September 2023 Employee of the Month: Addie Davis

Addie has been nominated by her fellow coworkers for being a true team player. She jumps right in to lend a helping hand to get the job done, whether it's assisting with nursing care on the floor or in other departments. She has also volunteered to pick up extra hours on the floor and in the clinic. Addie is very patient with our residents and works well with patients and their families to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. She has a good, positive attitude and brings humor and a smile to every patient encounter. She identifies ways to improve and looks for solutions to improve processes and work flow.
