July 2023 Employee of the Month: Julie Dvorak

Julie has been nominated by her coworkers for being an amazing Director of Nursing. She gives so much of herself to CRMC and keeps a positive attitude. She doesn't complain and offers assistance to anyone in need. Julie has an upbeat attitude and is always quick to give an encouraging smile when needed. She understands that the employees she manages and our patients all have diverse needs, and she strives her best to be as accommodating as possible. Julie's work ethic and actions speak volumes. She is someone that everyone could aspire to be more like and conducts herself with unparalleled grace. We feel incredibly blessed to have her at CRMC.
