In our new, state-of-the-art facility, we have 16 beds and a 24/7 Emergency Room with 3 beds. We provide Acute Care, Swing Bed Skilled and Swing Bed Intermediate, Respite Care, Outpatient Nursing Services, Outpatient Procedures, Infusions, and Pain Management. We also offer Primary Care, a Full-Service Laboratory, X-Ray, CT, MRI, DEXA, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy & Pulmonary Rehab, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and EMS.
